Honda
Strem is a car manufactured by Japanese automaker Honda since 2001.
Japanese model has a direct injection engine with a fuel efficiency of
1.7 L and 2.0L. This car sold in japan exclusively at Honda Clio dealer.
The second generation Honda Strem are offered internationally in two specification levels. Low spec will
display the R 18 A 1.8 liter SOHC i-VTEC engine with a
2 stage
gearbox 5-speed automatic and 5speed manual transmission in several countries.
Higher spec called
the Stream RS-Z will show
the R20A 2.0 liter SOHC iVTEC3-hase machine is equipped with a
CVT transmission and 7speed paddle shiftfunction.
Model RS-Z is also equipped with shock absorbers with firmerdamping
anti-rol/sway bar to the rear setup.
Honda has announced that three hybrid vehicles will be
available in 2010.
There has been speculation by many that one would be the third-generation Strem,
available as ahybrid in late 2009. There is
a rumor that Honda will introduce Strem
generation in the U.S.
